What are your hours?
We are open from 6 a.m. to midnight, the last wash is at 10:30 p.m.
Do you have any large machines?
Yes, our largest machine is 90 pounds.
Are you attended?
Yes, we are attended 90% of the time.
Questions About Wash & Fold:
What is the turnaround time?
Our normal wash and fold is done by the next day. For a slightly higher price we can have it done for you the same day.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, there is a $25 minimum for next day orders and a $30 minimum for same day orders.
What if I like my laundry done a certain way?
No problem, just tell us how you like it done and we'll do it your way.
Questions About Pickup and Delivery:
What days do you provide this service?
Monday through Friday. Hours vary by store.
What does "recurring" customer mean?
We allow people to sign up for weekly or bi-weekly service. In this way, you don't have to sign up for service every time.
What if I signed up for recurring and I am on vacation?
Just let us know by going into your account on your computer or give us a call.
What if I can't be home during the delivery time?
Just tell us where you would like us to put the bags with your clothes. We suggest it be in a sheltered place because of the weather. Some people tell us the front porch, the back porch, the unlocked garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager. We will do our best to accommodate you.
